Are you having problems with your district heating in Wolfsburg? You can use our map to quickly and easily check whether there is a district heating fault

With district heating, you no longer have an individual heating system in your home. Instead, the heat is generated by a power plant, which may be located at different distances, and transported to you via pipes. In Germany, this is mainly done by piping hot water, which often reaches temperatures of over 100 degrees Celsius, and occasionally also by transferring hot steam.

Various problems can occur during this transfer. Pipes can burst or crack, and there is a possibility that the water has not been heated sufficiently. External factors such as extreme weather conditions or construction work can also lead to interruptions in the district heating supply. In addition, technical problems can occur in the power plant itself, as a result of which the water is not heated properly.

In these cases, there are disruptions in the district heating network that can affect your heating. In these cases, your district heating network operator is the right person to contact. In 38448 Wolfsburg this is LSW Netz.

The hotline number to report faults is: 0800 579 7000
